This is crazy… I have been in the dental field for over 13years, and the financial coordinator for 5 of those yrs. This idea is unbelievable. I have just returned back to school for dental hygiene, and therefore had to leave my job. They were in the process of moving over to paperless.. There needs to be someone that arranges the payment plans and figures out what the patient should pay. i just can’t see how not having someone specific to do this will work.
